A: I don't know, but you can go to http://www.wackyb.co.nz and see if they have the answer you're looking for.

A: I use Paint Shop Pro for the regular smilies and
Animation Shop (it comes with psp) for the animated ones.

A: You don't, or you figure it out, i dunno how
other programs do it, solly =P

so me and my friend started calling ourselves crack whores
I was playing Quake3 one day and saw this guy on a server
named "Cleanup on aisle 3", after i stopped laughing i decided
that i needed a funny name, too.. i've always liked monkeys
